Job summary

Yale New Haven Health is seeking an Imaging Support role within Diagnostic Imaging. You will work under the supervision of the Diagnostic Radiology Manager to assist with patient screening, preparation and documentation for MRI, CT and other imaging exams.

The position emphasizes hands-on clinical experience, teamwork with Radiologic Technologists, and opportunities to advance toward imaging technologist roles. Evening shifts are included as part of full-time coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current enrollment in a Radiology program preferred.
• Experience in patient care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen and register patients and gather demographic data.
• Prepare patients and assist with imaging examinations.
• Enter patient information into EMR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Support efficient imaging workflow and patient flow.
