Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred CNA program or patient care training.
• Current enrollment in an accredited Radiology program.
• Coursework in medical terminology and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients, collect demographics, and communicate information to technologists.
• Assist in preparing patients for imaging exams and procedures.
• Enter patient data into IDX and PACS, maintain confidentiality, and report discrepancies.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients and families; coordinate with care teams.
• Maintain imaging rooms and supply levels; support efficient department operations.
• Participate in mandatory trainings and professional development; set goals with leadership.
• Contribute to a positive patient-centered imaging experience.
