Qualifications

• Master of Science in Physics or related field; PhD preferred.
• Texas License in Medical Physics required.
• Board Certification by ABR or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead calibration and quality assurance of imaging equipment.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards.
• Provide reports to Director of Radiation Safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on imaging initiatives.
• Oversee Radiation Safety Committees and RPC meetings.
• Coordinate acceptance testing of new imaging equipment.
