Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to service MRI and CT systems in the NY Metro area. The role focuses on installing, diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance to ensure peak system performance.

You will also train operators, manage parts and assets, and maintain strong customer relationships while meeting quality and safety standards. The position requires night shift hours after onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical degree or equivalent training preferred.
• Experience servicing medical imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Proficient with service test equipment (DMM, oscilloscope, torque wrenches).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Service MRI and CT equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Deliver timely repairs and train operators.
• Manage inventory, time, and service calls to protect outcomes.
• Manage company assets including vehicle, devices, and parts.
• Maintain accurate administrative duties and customer relationships.
