Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to install, service and maintain medical imaging equipment at customer sites in the Brooklyn/West Chester/Queens area. You will train operators, ensure optimal system performance, and support revenue/expense management within the assigned territory.

The role is field-based with a company vehicle, requires travel, and may include on-call rotations after onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and peers.
• Willingness to travel within assigned geography and participate in on-call rotation after training.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Provide timely and effective repairs and operator training to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage territory financial performance, including revenue, expenses and inventory.
• Maintain company assets (vehicle, devices, tools) and build customer relationships.
