Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Customer Service Engineer Union Level 1 to service MR/CT equipment in the Albany, NY area. The role involves installing, servicing, maintaining and modifying imaging equipment at customer sites, delivering repairs and training operators to ensure optimal system performance.

You will also manage territory finances and company assets, while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma, technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of field service experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Service, install, maintain and modify Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs and training of operators.
• Manage territory finance, revenue, expenses and inventory.
• Manage company assets including car, cell phone, computer and tools.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and peers; perform admin duties.
