Siemens Healthineers seeks a Customer Service Engineer IBEW1 to service CT, MRI, and Molecular Imaging equipment at customer sites in Nassau/Suffolk, NY. The role includes installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance, plus training of operators to ensure peak system performance.

The position emphasizes timely service, asset management, and strong customer relationships, with a company car and other tools provided to support daily duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical degree preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in complex electro-mechanical, or biomedical engineering servicing diagnostic instruments.
• Proficient in using tools and service test equipment (DMM, oscilloscope, torque wrenches).
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong MS Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Service CT (CT) and MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and Molecular Imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance; deliver operator training.
• Manage inventory, time, and service call closures; maintain customer relationships.
• Maintain company assets (car, cell phone, computer, tools, parts) and complete administrative duties.
