Job summary

Spire Orthopedic Partners in Middletown, CT is seeking an entry-level, part-time Medical Assistant/clerical support to join our MRI center team. The role includes answering phones, patient data collection, and assisting with patient transfers to MRI tables, all in a patient- and family-centered care environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, be able to complete MRI Level II safety training within two weeks of hire, and demonstrate excellent customer service and communication

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• MRI Level two safety training within two weeks of hire.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and manage information documentation.
• Assist with transferring patients to MRI table or wheelchair.
• Maintain teamwork to provide quality patient and family-centered care.
• Clean and stock supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
