Job summary

IEM seeks a Material Review Board Coordinator to coordinate MRB processes for NC materials at our Jacksonville facility. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive timely disposition and accurate MRB documentation.

Responsibilities include MRB tracking in ERP, maintaining MRR records, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards and CAPA-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in MRB, manufacturing, and/or warehouse environment.
• Prior experience in Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance
• Previous experience leading teams is preferred.
• Prior experience with Infor (Syteline) ERP system is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Access, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with quality management systems, CAPA processes, Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement initiatives, and relevant regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485). Must have strong Problem Solving and Analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MRB Processes: Track and manage all MRB materials, ensuring accurate and timely processing and disposition, both physically and within the ERP system.
• Document: Create and maintain non-conforming material records (MRR’s), ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate: Work with internal teams, including Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Supplier Quality, to resolve material issues.
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory accuracy of MRB materials and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Report: Generate and analyze MRB reports. Monitor and report out on MRB process metrics.
• Compliance: Ensure all MRB activities comply with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.
