W-Industries is seeking an MRB Coordinator to manage the Material Review Board process for nonconforming materials, coordinating cross-functional teams to closure.

You will review NCRs, schedule MRB meetings, and ensure documented disposition actions are approved and tracked. The role requires strong organization, Excel skills, and a focus on reducing MRB cycle time while maintaining audit-ready records.

Qualifikationen

• Coordinate the MRB process from initial identification through final closure.
• Review NCRs and MRB requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Schedule and facilitate MRB meetings and communicate required actions.
• Coordinate disposition decisions with multiple departments.
• Maintain MRB documentation and logs for audits.
• Support root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Identify recurring nonconformance trends and report to management.
• Ensure approvals before disposition actions and track aging cases.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate MRB aging, defect trends, and operational impacts.
• Verify system transactions and material movements match disposition.
• Coordinate rework, repair, RTV, scrap, or use-as-is decisions.
• Support internal, customer, and third-party audits related to MRB.
• Escalate overdue actions or approvals to keep processes on track.
• Provide records and reports to management for process improvements.
