Job summary

IEM is seeking a skilled MRB Coordinator for our Jacksonville, FL facility to manage non-conforming materials and drive disposition, coordinating with Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to keep production flowing.

You will maintain MRB records, track materials in the ERP, generate metrics, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and CAPA processes in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in MRB, manufacturing, and/or warehouse environment.
• Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance experience
• Previous experience leading teams is preferred.
• Prior experience with Infor (Syteline) ERP system is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Access, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with quality systems, CAPA processes, Lean manufacturing, and ISO standards; strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MRB processes: track and manage MRB materials and disposition in ERP.
• Document MRRs and ensure up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Supplier Quality.
• Maintain MRB inventory accuracy and proper storage.
• Generate and analyze MRB reports and metrics.
• Ensure MRB activities comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
