Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to service MRI, CT, and imaging equipment across Oregon. You will install, maintain and repair systems at customer sites while training operators to ensure peak performance.

The role requires field presence, travel, and the ability to manage territory metrics and assets. A high school diploma or technical degree, plus 1–2+ years of field service experience, are desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma, technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2+ years of field service experience is desired.
• Must be proficient with tools and service test equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography; willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Service MRI, CT, and other imaging equipment at customer sites in Oregon.
• Install, service, maintain and modify Siemens imaging equipment.
• Deliver timely repairs and train operators for optimal system performance.
• Manage territory financial performance to meet revenue, expenses, and inventory targets.
• Maintain company assets including vehicle, phone, computer, tools, and parts.
