You’ll be quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, pricing, and promotions while maintaining a safe, clean theatre environment. The role requires 16+ years, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and strong English communication for guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Basic food handling training and any local/state certification as required.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude.
• Excellent guest service and English communication.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely, professional manner.
• Operate POS system for all transactions on assigned register.
• Verify tickets and direct Guests to an auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie, event information and promotions.
• Respond to guest questions with professionalism.
• Monitor theatre safety and presentation quality.
• Keep theatre clean and safe in all areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed.
