TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is hiring a Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced sales team in New Castle, DE. Start at $20/hour with bonuses and weekly pay. Training is paid, and advancement opportunities exist.

Primary location is 83 Christiana Rd, New Castle, with training at the Dover office for two weeks. Responsibilities include handling calls and online inquiries, selling moving services, scheduling moves, and meeting sales and satisfaction targets while maintaining accurate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service on calls and online inquiries.
• Recommend/sell moving services and products based on customer needs.
• Enter, schedule, and coordinate customer moves.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales goals and customer satisfaction.
