Job summary

Aramark in Plano, TX is seeking a Move, Add & Change (MAC) Coordinator to manage daily employee moves and space changes across the corporate office portfolio. You will partner with HR, IT, Facilities Operations and vendors to ensure moves are scheduled, executed on time, and cause minimal disruption to business operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, workplace services, corporate moves, or space planning.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily employee moves, additions, and workspace changes.
• Manage relocations for individuals, teams, and departments.
• Coordinate office, conference room, and support space changes with the space planner.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for move requests and schedules.
• Maintain accurate seating assignments and occupancy records in IWMS/space management system.
• Provide timely, high-touch service to employees during relocations.
• Coordinate vendors (moving companies, furniture vendors, contractors) and ensure safety and quality.
