Qualifications

• 3+ years of moving industry experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of LTL/FTL shipments, DOT regulations and government bills of lading is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track shipment status to ensure delivery dates are met.
• Update tracking systems with notes on changes and communications.
• Provide pricing and shipping information to clients.
• Communicate shipment details with clients or bookers.
• Complete administrative procedures related to client moves.
• Interface with other departments on pricing/service issues.
• Maintain records and audit documents for accuracy.
• Assist Manager and perform other duties as assigned.
