Job summary

Royal American Management is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean apartment homes to move-in standards and maintain common areas at our Edison Center property in Florida. Under supervision, you will follow OSHA standards and safety policies, perform make-ready tasks, and ensure a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

You will work with the maintenance team to keep facilities clean, report any unusual conditions, and assist with other duties as assigned, demonstrating reliability

Qualifications

• Read, write, and speak in English.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Work under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Clean apartment homes to move-in standards.
• Clean common areas at least once per day.
• Monitor restrooms for cleanliness and inventory of necessities.
• Care for equipment and supplies used to complete duties.
