Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for our Orlando, FL apartment community. You will clean public spaces, common areas, and assist with move‑in make‑ready tasks under the Community Manager’s supervision.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work on site daily are essential. Prior housing or maintenance experience is preferred, with basic computer skills and knowledge of safety and Fair Housing regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred or 1 year housing industry experience.
• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Clean the apartment community's public facilities, common areas, and grounds on a daily basis.
• Perform make-ready cleaning for vacant units under supervision of the Community Manager.
• Respond to resident and management requests and maintain a professional image for the community.
• Support customer and resident relations to ensure high quality service and timely service requests.
• Enforce community policies and follow Asset Living procedures and safety standards.
