Job summary

Cintra Realty Group in Texas is seeking a reliable Part-Time Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment complex’s common areas and prep vacant units for new residents.

You will clean offices, gym, laundry, and restrooms; handle move-out and move-in cleaning; report issues; and follow health protocols. Must be able to lift 25 lbs and work independently to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning/janitorial experience preferred, especially with apartment turnover, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to speak, write, and read English.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common areas including leasing office, gym, laundry facility, and restrooms.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the property.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces as needed.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and other high-touch surfaces.
• Spot-clean walls, doors, and baseboards as needed.
• Perform move-out cleaning of vacant units, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, floors, and ensuring units are ready for new tenants.
• Assist with move-in cleaning as needed to ensure units are in pristine condition for new residents.
• Keep outdoor areas such as entryways, walkways, and patios free of debris.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the property manager promptly.
• Follow all health, safety, and cleaning protocols.
