Job summary

Addington Place of Stuart is seeking a part-time maintenance/cleaning assistant to keep resident apartments and common areas tidy in the community. You will assist with preparing vacant units for move-ins and respond promptly to resident needs.

Excellent communication in English and a demeanor that stays positive with residents and co-workers are essential. Some emergencies may require quick action, with training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• You need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• You have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• You can maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.
