Job summary

Acme Residential is seeking a Cleaner to maintain apartment homes and community areas, ensuring move-in ready vacant units and pristine common spaces. You will support maintenance and property management with pride and professionalism.

Responsibilities include cleaning fixtures and floors, steam cleaning carpets, reporting issues, and assisting with light maintenance. A flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends, is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in cleaning, custodial, or property maintenance roles preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all fixtures, appliances, cabinets, windows, bathrooms, and flooring in vacant apartments.
• Steam clean carpets and wash/mop vinyl or tile floors.
• Report any maintenance or mechanical issues found during cleaning to the Service Manager.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks and upkeep of community buildings.
• Maintain grounds, including trash removal and outdoor cleanliness.
• Perform snow removal and other seasonal exterior duties as needed.
• Complete all other tasks as assigned by the Community Director or Service Manager.
