Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents. You will perform maintenance, painting, repairs, and cosmetic improvements to ensure move-in readiness and uphold quality standards across the community.

The role supports the maintenance and property management teams, with the potential for growth into a Maintenance Technician role after demonstrated performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance, handyman, or make-ready experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work, including painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards prior to move-in.
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents and team members while working throughout the community.
