Job summary

Two Coast Living in Kemah, TX is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents. You will perform maintenance, repairs, painting, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning to meet company standards for move-in readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in multifamily maintenance or make-ready/turnover work in a multifamily or apartment setting.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair knowledge is expected.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work, including painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards prior to move-in.
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Interact professionally with residents and team members across the community.
