Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents at Diamond Hillside, Pittsburg, CA. You will perform maintenance, cosmetic improvements, painting, fixture replacement, and appliance testing to ensure move-in readiness on schedule.

You will work with the maintenance and property management teams, adhere to safety standards, and support ongoing repairs across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant maintenance experience (handyman work or make-ready/ turnover).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready, including painting, repairs, fixture replacement and appliance testing.
• Ensure apartments meet quality and safety standards before move-in.
