Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and cosmetic upgrades to company standards, ensuring units are move-in ready on schedule.

You’ll work with the maintenance and property management teams, follow safety guidelines, and interact professionally with residents. This role offers a clear path to the Maintenance Technician position through demonstrated performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work to company standards.
• Paint, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring touch-ups, cleaning.
• Support ongoing maintenance and preventative tasks."
• Interact professionally with residents and team members onsite.
