Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents at our Farmington Hills site. You will perform maintenance, cosmetic updates, painting, and fixture replacement to ensure move-in readiness and a positive first impression for residents.

Work alongside Maintenance and Property Management teams. The role includes painting, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, safety checks, and general cleaning to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/turnover work.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs and work indoors/outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work: painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards before move-in.
• Support ongoing maintenance, preventative tasks, and property upkeep as needed.
