Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Make Ready Technician I at Fieldpointe of St Louis to prepare vacant apartments for new residents. You will perform maintenance, cosmetic improvements, and quality checks to ensure move-in readiness on schedule.

The role collaborates with maintenance and property management teams to uphold safety and standards across the community. The position offers a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional on-call needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant maintenance or make-ready experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover tasks including painting, repairs, fixture replacement and cleaning.
• Test appliances, change HVAC filters, and ensure units meet safety standards.
• Support maintenance and property teams; maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Interact professionally with residents and colleagues throughout the community.
