Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents at Fieldpointe Of St. Louis, MO. You will perform painting, repairs, fixture replacements, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, and cleaning to ensure move-in readiness.

The role supports the maintenance team, adheres to safety standards, and involves occasional on-call work. A path to the Maintenance Technician role is provided with performance advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance, handyman or make-ready experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover make-ready work: painting, repairs, and fixture replacement.
• Test appliances, change HVAC filters, and perform flooring or carpet touch-ups.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety per company standards; interact with residents and team.
