The Make-Ready Technician at Two Coast Living is responsible for preparing vacant apartments for new residents by performing maintenance, cosmetic upgrades, painting, fixture replacement, and cleaning to company standards. This role ensures move-in readiness and a positive first impression for residents.

You will work with the Maintenance and Property Management teams onsite at The Summit at Red Rocks in Golden, CO, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional on-call or weekend needs as

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/turnover work.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work, including painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards prior to move-in.
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents and team members while working throughout the community.
