Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents, performing maintenance, repairs, and cosmetic improvements to meet company standards. You will collaborate with Maintenance and Property Management teams to ensure on-time, move-in ready homes and a positive first impression for residents.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/turnover work.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Aufgaben

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work, including painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards prior to move-in.
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents and team members while working throughout the community.
