The role collaborates with maintenance and property management teams to uphold safety and standards across the community. The position offers a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional on-call needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover tasks including painting, repairs, fixture replacement and cleaning.
