Qualifications

• Ability to work on call and extended hours.
• Adept at safety practices and professional representation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete a make-ready checklist.
• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Perform lighting, plumbing, and minor repair tasks.
• Install ceramic tile backsplash and replace hardware as needed.
• Lend assistance during trash-out and move heavy items.
