Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to perform all required tasks and work on call/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete a make-ready checklist.
• Make ready units for new move-ins and repair/replace fixtures as needed.
• Check and replace lighting, windows, doors, hinges, and other components.
• Assist with painting, appliance checks, and appliance removal as necessary.
• Lend assistance during trash-out and other projects as directed.
