Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife Sunset Village is seeking a caring and organized individual to join the Marketing team in a part-time capacity, up to 30 hours per week (Mon-Fri). The role involves handling administrative duties and regular contact with prospective residents and their families.

You will support event coordination, CRM data entry, tour scheduling, and marketing reporting, helping move prospects through the sales funnel while delivering warm, patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Must be detail oriented with excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with technology and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet visitors, and document calls into CRM systems (Sherpa, PCC).
• Coordinate Marketing Events: prepare flyers, reserve rooms, manage attendee lists and inquiries, and input contact info into CRM.
• Maintain supplies of informational packets, collateral materials, and office basics.
• Schedule and facilitate tours for prospective residents, focusing on Assisted Living as needed.
• Perform follow-up marketing activities to advance sales; track and report market statistics.
