Job summary

Country Meadows is seeking a Sales and Move-In Coordinator to coordinate the marketing office and support marketing functions. You will assist marketers, families, residents, and prospective residents with various tasks related to marketing, admissions, transfers, and discharges.

This full-time role requires 40 hours per week with occasional weekends and holidays. Salary ranges from $26-28/hour, bonus eligible.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• General computer experience with Microsoft Office.
• Must be flexible to residents’ needs and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive and friendly attitude with ability to interact with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing Directors with move-in paperwork and resident files.
• Record information monthly for the marketing report.
• Plan and execute special events.
• Prepare packets for prospective and new residents.
• Input data for each sale in CRM and manage office supplies.
