The position supports sales and marketing efforts, including tours, lead follow-up, and hosting marketing events to promote the community while maintaining high occupancy.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer Service, Marketing and Sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manages the move-in process for new residents and transfers; coordinates paperwork and ensures apartments are ready.
• Coordinates with departments, conducts resident orientation and communicates orders to staff.
• Fields tours, cultivates leads, and handles deposits; tracks leads and occupancy.
• Maintains marketing materials, prepares model apartments, and compiles weekly marketing reports.
• Plans community events to generate inquiries and measures program effectiveness.
• Ensures safety compliance and reports incidents; assists in safety investigations.
• Tracks prospective move-ins and represents the community at events and external groups.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
