Benchmark Senior Living’s The Commons in Lincoln, MA is seeking a caring Move-In Coordinator to support occupancy and revenue goals and ensure smooth, positive move-in experiences for our residents.

Join a friendly sales and marketing team; responsibilities include coordinating deposit materials, room turn logistics, move-in checklists, and maintaining a warm, welcoming first impression that helps residents connect with the community.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or other relevant discipline.
• Analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Some prior experience in an independent living community a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to our sales efforts in achieving occupancy and revenue goals
• Maintain Floorplans, Pricing, Waitlist and Occupancy Reports
• Coordinate all prospect medical and financial materials necessary to complete the deposit process
• Manage the move-in checklist and ensure first impressions and an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain an open dialogue with the new resident from deposit through Move In for a smooth transition
