Job summary

Berger Moving & Storage is seeking a Billing Coordinator in Roseville, Minnesota to support our Distribution and Household Move teams. You will bill moves using Berger and Allied’s systems and ensure revenues are accurately distributed to the relevant branches and Allied network.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 years of office experience, and strong customer service and numerical skills. Some evening/weekend hours may be needed during peak season.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Secondary education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of office experience preferred.
• Ability to work some evening and/or weekend hours during peak season.
• Knowledge of billing processes and basic math helpful.

Responsibilities

• Actively billing the Distribution and Household moves using Berger and Allied’s system(s).
• Ensuring payment of long haul drivers and local contractors.
• Accurately distribute revenue to Berger’s 16 branches and to Allied.
• Work within the workflow system to manage assigned orders.
• Interlining of vendor invoices.
• Perform other projects and initiatives, as required.
