Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by email or phone to prepare documents for moves
• Ensure shipment documentation is completed correctly
• Coordinate with moving team to pack, remove and load customer goods
• Interact closely with the moving team in preparation for customer goods
• Establish and maintain professional working relationships with the moving team
• Provide general business and administrative support as assigned
