Job summary

Responsibilities include data entry, tracking ETA, coordinating with agents, and ensuring accurate information across systems. Strong phone and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Previous data entry experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and company software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor email for new shipment offerings and coordinate responses.
• Collect pre-move surveys, weights, and preapprovals; update company software and carrier data.
• Track shipments’ ETA and delivery information; update records accordingly.
• Serve as main point of contact for moves, internally and externally.
• Coordinate with agents and customers to determine agreeable packing, pickup, or delivery times.
• Proactively communicate operation updates to customers about pickup and delivery.
• Coordinate with customers and claims to rectify any damages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
