Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective customers by phone, email, and text.
• Respond promptly to new inquiries and learn about each customer’s move.
• Explain moving, packing, and storage services to customers.
• Prepare estimates using company tools and schedule in-home estimates when appropriate.
• Follow up with interested customers and confidently ask for the booking.
• Keep customer notes and follow-up tasks organized.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure moves start smoothly.

Regal Moving Services is a family-owned moving and storage company serving Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. We’re looking for an outgoing Move Consultant to join our Lorton, VA office and help turn customer inquiries into booked moves.

You’ll be a friendly, reassuring voice during an important transition—answering questions, explaining options, and helping customers feel confident choosing Regal.

What You’ll Do
