Job summary

POWDR Corp.'s Snowbird resort seeks a Mountain School Supervisor - Sales & Administration to lead daily operations across Mountain Center, Lesson Center and Rental Shop, coordinating lesson and guide activities and ensuring accurate bookings. You will work with instructors and leaders across departments to resolve guest issues and maintain high service standards.

The role reports to Mountain School leadership, supports payroll and system tasks, and requires availability for winter schedules,

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making.
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with children, families, guests, instructors and staff.
• Proactive operational improvement and issue resolution.
• Experience with RTP, FLAIK, Workday, Office and social media preferred.
• Experience in snowsports, rentals, hospitality or recreation operations.
• Knowledge of the ski and snowboard industry is preferred.
• Skiing or snowboarding experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of Mountain Center, Lesson Center, and Rental Shop.
• Coordinate lesson and Mountain Guide operations with leadership.
• Manage bookings and guest information through RTP.
• Address guest concerns and coordinate resolutions with departments.
• Schedule and support staff using FLAIK and Workday.
• Assist with staffing, coverage and lesson management.
• Serve as liaison for school programs and partner organizations.
• Coordinate VIP guest experiences and instructor support.
• Oversee rental inventories and uniform distribution.
• Maintain check-in areas, signage and set-up.
• Update SOPs, training resources and documentation.
• Provide training, coaching and ongoing team support.
• Support payroll, reporting, system maintenance and helpdesk.
• Be resource for guests, instructors and employees with operational guidance.
• Manage Mountain School social media per dept standards.
• Deliver exceptional service to all ages and identify guest-experience improvements.
• Assume leadership when managers are unavailable.
