The Aerie Sous Chef at Snowbird, part of Powdr Corp., supports the Aerie Chef in daily operations of a high-volume mountain resort kitchen. You will lead the kitchen line during service, ensure quality, train staff, and coordinate with events from à la carte to private banquets.

Qualifikationen

• High-volume kitchen leadership experience in restaurants, hotels, or resorts.
• Proven ability to lead and train culinary staff under high-pressure conditions.
• Strong knife skills, product knowledge, and inventory awareness.

Aufgaben

• Lead operations during high-volume services on the kitchen line.
• Supervise Cook 1–3 and steward staff to meet standards.
• Ensure prep lists are prepared; manage inventory and waste within budget.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff; conduct regular feedback.
• Provide 1:1 development meetings with team members and track actions.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and clear communication with teams.
• Cover Summit kitchen during Chef's days off, split shifts, or vacations.
