Job summary

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Previous culinary experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 12 hours daily.
• Background check and adherence to policies may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and help prepare, cook, and present meals to Powderbird guests daily.
• Set up, restock, and break down dining area for meals, including refilling beverage coolers.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of breakfast and lunch menus.
• Order and maintain food stock levels and run occasional local grocery trips.
• Cook employee meals as required and present buffet-style meals for guests.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards and follow food safety guidelines.
