Job summary

Extell Development Company seeks a Busser for Canopy by Hilton Deer Valley to support restaurant and banquet operations in a fast-paced mountain resort setting. The role emphasizes cleanliness, station readiness, and collaboration with servers, bartenders, and event staff.

You will help maintain a high standard of service, assist with banquet setups, and ensure compliance with SOPs while contributing to a Culture of Care on property in Utah.

Responsibilities

• Assist Servers by pre-clearing dining areas and monitoring for empty plates.
• Clear tables and transport dirty dishes to dishwashing area.
• Sanitize surfaces and reset stations to brand standards.
• Keep service stations stocked with silverware, glassware, linens, ice, and condiments.
• Clean spills promptly to maintain a safe, spotless environment.
• Communicate with service and host teams to minimize guest wait times.
• Assist in setting up and tearing down event spaces, tables, and buffets.
• Support banquet service with plated, buffet, and hors d’oeuvres styles.
• Hand-polish glassware and flatware for inventory readiness.
