Job summary

Snowbird is seeking a Banquet Operations Set Up Crew member to prepare and break down event spaces in line with banquet orders and standards. You will work with a lead and a team, maintaining clean, organized back-of-house areas and ensuring equipment is in good condition for upcoming events.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and the flexibility to work varying shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays at Snowbird in Utah.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and able to lift 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–6 months of related experience and a willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down for events per banquet orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces.
• Work with a lead and shift team to complete tasks.
• Follow Snowbird health and safety guidelines.
