Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in mountain operations, snowmaking, grooming, grounds maintenance, heavy equipment operations, or a related field.
• 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead snowmaking, grooming, and grounds operations to deliver safe, high-quality conditions.
• Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and capital projects for equipment and facilities.
• Plan daily, seasonal, and event-related operational activities in collaboration with other departments.
