Job summary

Auberge Collection’s Madeline Hotel & Residences in Telluride’s Mountain Village is seeking an enthusiastic Concierge to enhance guest stays with reservations, recommendations, and personalized service. The successful candidate will greet guests, assist with dining and transport, and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless experiences.

Role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of local attractions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management software

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel's amenities and services
• Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local attractions
• Provide recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment options
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk and lobby area
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
