Madeline Hotel & Residences, Auberge Collection in Telluride seeks a Resort Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations across Rooms, F&B, Security, Spa, Wellbeing and Engineering. You will drive guest experiences, optimize performance, and shape service culture at a premier alpine resort.

The role requires strong financial acumen, 3+ years in luxury leadership, and a Bachelor’s in Hospitality or related field. You will report to the General Manager and participate in the Executive Committee.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in luxury multi‑department resort operations.
• Strong financial management, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Proven ability to drive service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Rooms, Food & Beverage, Security, Spa, Wellbeing and Engineering.
• Lead operational leadership and cross‑functional collaboration across departments.
• Drive revenue and cost efficiencies while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.
• Model and reinforce Auberge Collection service standards and culture.
• Partner with Executive Committee to align budgets, forecasts and strategic goals.
