Job summary

Madeline Hotel and Residences, Auberge Collection in Telluride, seeks a Residential Services Manager to elevate resident experiences and align services with Auberge's standards. You will act as the primary contact for residential owners and coordinate personalized concierge services across the property.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of computer accounting programs and budgeting analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Owner arrival reports and review arrivals, amenities, reservations, and housekeeping instructions.
• Coordinate owner deliveries, concierge services, and inspections.
• Assist Sotheby’s real estate transactions and ensure contracts and documents are filed for new owners.
• Educate owners on property standards and home maintenance expectations.
• Oversee reservations, interior unit construction, VRBO bookings, pets, skis, bikes, and repairs; coordinate with hotel teams.
